Job summary

Adecco Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Recruiter to source and hire candidates for temporary, temp-hire and direct-hhire roles across a range of clients. You will build a robust pipeline, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coach candidates on resumes and interview techniques while maintaining strong client relationships.

Your role includes coordinating with branch leadership, managing ATS data, and contributing to sales efforts by understanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• One plus years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience with ATS and managing candidate data.
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Manage the recruitment process and candidate communications.
• Conduct interviews and advise on resume and interview prep.
• Enter candidate data in ATS and track progress.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with manager to understand client needs and market trends.
• Support sales activities by understanding service offerings.
