Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter in Wisconsin to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire, and direct hire roles across a variety of clients. You will build pipelines, manage the ATS, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

In this role you will develop local recruiting relationships, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates, and collaborate with managers to meet hiring goals. This position emphasizes a strong sales mindset and client focus.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all candidates entering the branch, ensuring correct information about PDS, offers, guidance and training.
• Manage ATS data and monitor the selection process.
• Develop and own local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates against preset requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Enter and track assignment and candidate data in ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure excellent service.
• Understand and explain Adecco Group services including pricing and placements.
• Monitor branch financials and contribute to gross margin awareness.
