• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: engage candidates entering the branch via in-person or online channels and guide them on PDS resources and programs.
• Recruiting: qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and coach on resume and interview prep; enter data in ATS.
