Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or a related industry.
• Proficient with ATS and online job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to screen candidates and coordinate interviews efficiently.
• Knowledge of employment laws and client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates to fill temporary and direct-hire orders.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate recruiting events and leverage digital tools for tracking.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and guide candidates through preparation.
• Maintain excellent service levels with clients and candidates.
