Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for temporary and direct hire roles across clients.
• Attend to candidates and provide information about opportunities and training.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct interviews.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview performance.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS; maintain client relationships.
