Adecco Group is hiring a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across our Wisconsin branch network. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, manage the ATS, and maintain close relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service and successful placements.

You will coordinate recruiting events, assess candidates against standard requirements, conduct behavioral interviews, and coach applicants on resumes and interview skills to boost

Competenze

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Mansioni

• Sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for temporary, temporary hire, and direct hire job orders.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and maintain candidate relationships with clients.
• Assist in coaching candidates on resumes and interview preparation to improve employability.
• Develop local recruiting resources and coordinate recruitment events.
