Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in a high-volume sourcing or recruiting environment.
• Experience managing a large requisition load and working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting setting.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, including identifying and engaging specialized and niche talent profiles.
• Experience in candidate management, including scheduling, communication, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and engage hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract external candidates for specialized and niche profiles, driving targeted talent into the recruiting funnel.
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a high volume of requisitions, ensuring timely and consistent communication throughout the process.
• Engage closely with hiring managers from requisition open through offer, providing updates and acting as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships by keeping candidates informed and ensuring a positive experience at every stage of the interview process.
• Extend job offers and manage the offer process, including tracking decisions and acceptance rates.
• Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment verifications as required.
