Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, sourcing, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume, phone-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and follow up with applicants.
• Source and recruit candidates for high-volume hourly positions.
• Conduct candidate phone screens.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Guide applicants through the application and hiring process.
• Assist candidates who need additional support navigating application requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the CRM/database.
• Independently manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
