Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Recruiter in Worcester to own full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and onsite workforce operations. You will attract, engage, and hire candidates while partnering with hiring managers and HR. The role focuses on meeting recruiting metrics and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume or non-exempt hiring environments strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, and hiring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Conducts proactive sourcing using diverse strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including referral campaigns and creative outreach.
• Screens applicants, conducts interviews, and evaluates candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and facilitates hiring decisions.
• Utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain compliant records.
• Administers offer management, including extending offers, coordinating pre-employment steps, and closing candidates.
• Maintains accurate job requisition files, candidate records, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
