Job summary

The Nagler Group in Needham, MA is seeking a motivated, people-oriented Recruiter for a 100% onsite, temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The position involves staffing, recruiting, sourcing, inside sales, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Expect outbound calls, phone screens, and high-volume activity. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation in the $23–$27/hour range.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the CRM/database.

We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Recruiter to join a fast-paced team in Needham, MA. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, sourcing, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume, phone-focused environment. Previous staffing agency experience is highly desirable, but we are also open to someone with the right transferable experience who is interested in building a career in recruiting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, connecting with new people, working toward goals, and independently managing a busy pipeline.
