IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle at our Reno-area site. You will attract, screen, interview, and hire candidates while partnering with hiring managers, onsite leadership, and HR to meet staffing metrics.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing and compliant, timely hiring processes. You will coordinate interviews, extend offers, and oversee pre-employment steps including background checks and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, onsite, or light industrial recruiting environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Screens applicants, conducts interviews, and evaluates candidates for fit.
• Coordinates interviews and facilitates hiring decisions with managers.
• Manages ATS to track progress and maintain compliant records.
• Extends offers and coordinates pre-employment steps.
• Handles background checks, drug screenings, and required documentation.
• Supports onboarding and compliance requirements for all employees.
• Maintains accurate requisition files and candidate records.
