IntelliSource is hiring an Onsite Recruiter in Reno, NV to drive staffing success and candidate engagement. You will partner with site leadership, build talent pipelines, and execute hiring strategies to ensure top candidates are onboarded smoothly from day one.

You will manage interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain compliant records while meeting recruiting metrics 100% of the time. This role emphasizes onsite events and strong customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain compliant records.
• Administer offers and coordinate pre-employment steps and checks.
