Job summary

TrueBlue Internal is seeking an onsite recruiting professional to support SIMOS by managing high-volume light industrial staffing and coordinating key candidate processes within the recruiting team.

You will source, screen, and interview applicants, build sustainable pipelines through community outreach, and handle day-to-day recruiting operations to drive candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting systems.
• Strong judgment to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage a large workload promptly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan, including delivering orientations.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the hiring process from offer through onboarding.
• Maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Handle paperless recruiting operations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs and community events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure internal systems are updated in alignment with compliance requirements.
• Proactively pursue new candidate attraction avenues through community networking and fieldwork.
• Manage daily candidate information and data tracking; identify improvement opportunities; provide updates to the SIMOS Operations team; resolve issues; participate in meetings; and support high candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support relationship management, including handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.
