Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to support high-volume and hard-to-fill roles for its clients. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, strong candidate experiences, and close collaboration with hiring managers.

You will manage data in the ATS, drive sourcing strategies, and conduct regular updates with clients. A background with OFCCP and a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects is required, along with exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with OFCCP is preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
• Strong partnership and consultative skills with hiring managers.
• Focus on delivering best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences.
• Excellent judgment to prioritize work and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure candidate experience.
• Lead weekly update calls with managers to discuss plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with staffing processes and standards.
• Proactively explore new avenues to attract candidates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
