Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter in Avondale, AZ to support high-volume light industrial hiring for SIMOS. You will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to fill staffing needs.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, build a candidate pipeline, and participate in job fairs and community events. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume recruiting with ATS knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver orientations
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance
• Participate in job fairs and community events
• Build networks within the community to attract candidates
• Manage candidate data tracking and report to SIMOS Operations
