Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective strategies. You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding.

The role is on-site in Bridgeport, WV, with a Monday–Friday schedule, supporting multiple requisitions and maintaining accurate ATS records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and stakeholders.
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback to support decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with offers, communications, and onboarding activities.
