Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, craft strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

This on-site contract role is based in Bridgeport, WV, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 hours per day, and responsibilities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and supporting background checks and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders.
• Collect and consolidate feedback to inform decisions.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and support offers.
• Assist with background checks and onboarding activities.
