The role is on-site in Bridgeport, WV, with a Monday–Friday schedule, supporting multiple requisitions and maintaining accurate ATS records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple requisitions.

Job Description

The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across a variety of roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for assigned requisitions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback from stakeholders to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity logs in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the offer process by preparing and coordinating offers, managing candidate communications, and facilitating acceptance.
  • Assist with background checks and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness.
Essential Skills
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and records.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Experience supporting background checks and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and adapt to changing hiring needs.
Work Environment

This role is on-site and follows a Monday through Friday schedule, working an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The position operates in a professional office environment, using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and standard office technologies to manage recruitment activities.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, WV.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
