The position emphasizes proactive sourcing, timely communication, and accurate ATS/CRM records, with a focus on meeting fill rate and time-to-fill targets. Flexible work options are available after training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in a professional setting.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to manage candidate communications and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics.
