Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive HR and/or employee onboarding experience.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding and HR operations.
• Workday experience is required.
• Experience with I-9 verification, E-Verify, employment verification, or pre-employment processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and candidate/new-hire support skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and external partners.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onboarding activities and provide direct support to new hires, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders.
• Execute onboarding workflows and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Support I-9 verification and E-Verify processes in accordance with applicable requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and first-week onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data within HR systems.
• Use Workday to support onboarding workflows, employee data management, and related HR processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR teams, hiring leaders, and external vendors to coordinate onboarding timelines and resolve issues.
• Monitor onboarding activities, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the new hire experience.
• Analyze onboarding data and feedback to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information with discretion.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, new hires, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple onboarding activities, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
