Job summary

TeamBradley, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Development Partner to train and elevate early-career recruiters in our growing U.S. teams.

You will be in the office, in classrooms, and at desks coaching recruiters through onboarding, development, and live-call exercises. You will teach fundamentals of agency recruiting, including candidate attraction, screening, engagement, job management, business development, objection handling, closing, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful agency recruiting experience, ideally in a 360/full-desk, business development or account management environment.
• Experience training, coaching or developing other recruiters (formal L&D or leadership role helpful).
• Able to coach recruiters at their desks and deliver hands-on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on onboarding and development programs for new recruiters, including early-career hires.
• Teach fundamentals of agency recruiting: candidate attraction, screening, engagement, job management, BD, objections, closing.
• Deliver a mix of classroom, small-group, virtual and 1:1 training; coach live on calls and searches.
• Work with managers to identify performance gaps and develop practical coaching plans.
• continually improve and refine the training framework for the U.S. business.
