Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume and/or professional-level recruitment efforts.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and using recruitment analytics.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts from requisition to offer negotiation.
• Partner with business leaders to define requirements and hiring criteria.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Monitor recruitment activities to ensure timely hires and quality candidates.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience through recruitment marketing.
