Job summary

FrankCrum Staffing in Florida seeks an onsite Recruiter to source, screen and place candidates for client openings in a fast-paced environment. You will build a pipeline, conduct interviews by phone, video and in person, and coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth placements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, staffing industry knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with a preference for agency recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and screening top talent using recruiting tools, ATS/CRM and social media.
• Builds relationships and maintains a pipeline of qualified resources.
• Conducts interviews via phone, video and in-person.
• Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews and debriefings.
• Performs thorough reference checks.
• Negotiates pay rates with candidates and clients.
• Collaborates with onboarding to focus on recruiting.
• Maintains documentation and metrics in the FCS database.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Onsite only; not hybrid or remote.
• Agency recruiting experience preferred.
