Kelly Services is hiring an on-site Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ. Pay rate is $16.40/hour with full benefits and potential for permanent conversion. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5, on-site only.

Responsibilities include handling records for injured workers and authorized representatives, processing requests, and maintaining databases. Local candidates with residency listed on their resume preferred.

Qualifikationen

High school education.
Experience using Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
Call center experience.

Aufgaben

Assist authorized individuals with reviewing or printing claim files.
Process records requests by verifying requestors are interested parties and authorized to access records.
Research claim records using databases, microfiche, and/or microfilm.
Date-stamp incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate division or department.
Prepare invoices with claim details, recipient information, and payment amounts.
Collect invoice payments and follow up on outstanding payments by sending invoices with payment-request letters.
Update the Claims Division database.
Participate in the Arizona Management System (AMS) and daily Huddle board; attend staff meetings.
