Job summary

ABB is seeking a seasoned Customer Service role onsite in Lancaster, TX. You will resolve issues by coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, drive end-to-end handling of requests, and keep customers informed with proactive status updates.

You will analyze forecasts and track sales performance to support continuous improvement. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in CS or Business Admin (or related) with 5+ years of experience, or an Associate’s/HS diploma with 8+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Associate's/HS Diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve customer issues.
• Provide end-to-end handling of requests (production capability, scheduling, quotes, price lists, invoice).
• Keep customers informed on issue status and clarify doubts.
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) and track sales performance.
