Job summary

ABB is seeking a customer service professional in the United States to provide technical, order, and payment-related support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with stakeholders to own cases, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Customer and Operations Excellence Manager and is onsite in North America. Key duties include resolving issues with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, proposing end-to-end solutions, keeping customers updated,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, time-management, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Recommend solutions and coordinate with teams for end-to-end handling (production capability, scheduling, quotes, invoices, etc.).
• Keep customers informed on issue status.
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) and track sales performance.
