Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC on a large, onsite project in the Phoenix/Goodyear area. You will oversee inspections, enforce QMP/ITPs, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to deliver safe, high‑quality construction.

The role requires hands‑on field work, audit-focused responsibilities, and the ability to mentor project staff while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC on data center or similar industrial projects.
• Experience enforcing a QMP and ITPs.
• Field inspections and audits with contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC audits and field inspections.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and standards.
• Drive corrective actions to closure with stakeholders.
