Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking an onsite QA/QC Manager to own the quality assurance and control program for data center construction from foundation to turnover. You’ll be on the floor, in the ceiling, and in the field ensuring work meets design specs, codes, and client expectations.

You’ll develop the QA/QC plan, manage ITPs, coordinate third-party inspections, and drive accountability across subs and trades. As the onsite lead, you will review submittals, manage NCRs, support commissioning, and report

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/QC on commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience developing ITPs and NCR tracking.
• Strong interpretation of drawings, specs, and codes.
• Ability coordinate third-party inspections with AHJ.
• Excellent QA/QC documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage site QA/QC program.
• Create and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all trades.
• Conduct ongoing field inspections against drawings, specs and codes.
• Review subcontractor quality plans and material submittals.
• Manage the non-conformance report (NCR) process and corrective actions.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and testing.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation for turnover.
• Participate in design reviews to identify constructability issues.
• Support commissioning and turnover documentation.
• Report QA/QC metrics to the Project Director.
