Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control on large-scale data center construction projects. You will develop and implement QA/QC plans, review submittals, lead site inspections, coordinate testing, and manage non-conformance and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has proven QA/QC experience in data center or large-scale commercial construction, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of quality processes and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC leadership in data center or large-scale construction.
• Proven ability to develop and implement QA/QC plans.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC on large-scale data center projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Review submittals, lead site inspections, coordinate testing.
• Manage non-conformance actions and corrective actions with subcontractors.
