Qualifications

• 10+ years in roles like Project Superintendent, QC Manager, or Construction Manager.
• 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• EM385-1-1 certification required.
• Experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures for construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Inspect and monitor construction activities on-site for deviations and document defects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement QC measures at every stage.
• Review construction materials to ensure they meet project specs.
• Manage testing of soil, concrete, asphalt and other materials for strength and conformity.
• Facilitate QC meetings with subcontractors and project team.
