The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of construction QA/QC experience, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, BIM, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Management, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, quality assurance, quality control, or data center projects.
• Experience with QA/QC auditing, project management, and construction quality programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, BIM, Power BI, and construction management tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC processes throughout construction projects and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Review contractor Quality Management Plans (QMPs), inspection plans, and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct project audits, analyze audit findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Track, maintain, and report QA/QC metrics, logs, and project quality performance.
• Collaborate with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
