Job summary

Career Team is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and execute a QA plan for the Deep East Texas project and lead the QA team. You will work with the Deputy Director and Project Director to ensure compliance across programs, with a focus on continuous improvement and contract adherence.

This role requires strong analytical skills, staff supervision experience, and knowledge of workforce programs such as WIOA, TANF, and SNAP. Travel to centers is expected as part of oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; experience in QA or compliance strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teams in a grant-funded setting.
• Knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and Texas Work In Texas policy is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a QA plan for the Deep East Texas project.
• Supervise the local QA Specialists and provide training on compliance.
• Monitor programs to ensure contracts meet standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement continuous quality improvements.
• Manage enrollments, funding requests, and case notes to ensure accuracy.
