Qualifications

• 4+ years of punch press operations, including leadership experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and work instructions; skilled with precision measuring tools.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, tooling, and machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily punch press activities to meet production schedules and quality.
• Set up and operate punch press equipment; troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor operators; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor work orders, materials, and equipment availability for smooth flow.
• Inspect parts to ensure specifications; address quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with supervisors, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Maintain production reports, setup sheets, and maintenance logs.
• Enforce safety policies; keep work area clean and organized.
• Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
