Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Punch Press Operator II to produce metal parts using a punch press and CNC equipment. The role involves monitoring machine performance, loading materials, and maintaining equipment to meet specifications.

The position is onsite in Wisconsin with standard shifts and a comprehensive benefits package. The candidate should have at least 1 year of related experience and be able to read prints, work orders, and perform precise measurements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and respond to memos.

Responsibilities

• Measure completed work to verify specifications using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, and rulers.
• Examine completed work for defects and sort defective pieces by flaw type.
• Load, set up, and start the machine; monitor operations and record data.
• Perform quality inspection/checks per control plan and document results.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
