Job summary

Cadrex Chippewa Falls seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, drive quality, safety, and productivity, and coach frontline staff. You will plan daily operations, coordinate with leads, and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong reading of blueprints and safety rules, and proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software. Onsite role with standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read blueprints and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans to meet quality, productivity, and cost goals.
• Balances quality, productivity, and safety while maintaining morale.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates department staff; plans and directs work.
• Creates production schedules and manages on-time delivery.
• Ensures proper inventory levels to meet daily production needs.
• Provides on-the-floor training and supports continuous improvement.
