Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Press Brake Operator III to set up and operate metal bending machines per quality standards. You will draw tooling, back-save tooling, and work with maintenance to keep equipment running.

The role requires mentoring teammates, leading process improvements, and ensuring efficiency and safety across the shop floor. Onsite position with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions.
• Knowledge of basic business math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; training others to standards.

Responsibilities

• Draw new tools in library and back-save tooling to network.
• Call service for machine problems; coordinate with maintenance for PMs.
• Lead team; mentor employees to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Train new employees and drive lean process improvements.
