Job summary

BlackHawk Data, LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support networking and technology deployments for commercial accounts and SLED customers. This onsite role is based in NYC/NJ and requires four days per week on site.

You will coordinate schedules, track deliverables, manage documentation, and support multiple engagements with a focus on precision and independent judgment under procurement and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related support role.
• Experience in networking/IT services or public sector contracting is a plus.
• Engineering degree is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across networking and technology deployments.
• Schedule installations, vendor deliveries, technician resources, and other project activities.
• Track deliverables and deadlines, proactively identifying risks or delays.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to align resources and timelines.
• Track open action items across active projects and drive them through to completion.
