Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client delivery projects by coordinating daily activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment across teams. This hourly role applies NASI PMO standards to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, while supporting payroll, onboarding, and material logistics.

Based onsite at client sites, the position emphasizes organized, proactive professionals who can drive process improvements and foster collaboration among NASI

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the technology services industry.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with documentation and issue troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships across teams and vendors.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, ERP platforms, ServiceNow, Salesforce.com, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Apply NASI PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently across all projects.
• Assist with payroll, time off requests, and onboarding.
• Assist with material ordering of supplies and rental equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and version control in centralized systems.
• Provide timely status updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
