Job summary

This position requires living on-site and providing emergency coverage if necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years preferred experience in LIHTC property management.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is required.
• Certification or training in property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality service.
• Manage leasing activities and tenant relations.

Skills

Experience in LIHTC property management

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Valid State Issued Driver's License

Good written and verbal communication skills
