A property management organization is seeking a dedicated Site Manager in Foley, Alabama. The Site Manager will oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with various regulations and effectively managing tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of LIHTC property management experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably with LIHTC.
• HUD, RD, and LIHTC guidelines understanding.
• Valid State Issued Drivers’ License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and maintain property appeal.
• Manage tenant leases and conduct move-in/move-out procedures.

Skills

Experience in LIHTC property management

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
