Job summary

CRMG seeks a Property Manager for Oak Creek Townhomes in Eugene, OR. You will manage day-to-day operations, marketing, resident screening, rent collection, notices, and reporting. This role requires live-on-site occupancy to support residents and property needs.

Two years in customer service and two years in property management are required. Entrata experience and MS365 skills are preferred, along with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Two years of property management experience required.
• Entrata Property Management Software experience preferred.
• Basic MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel) knowledge.
• Basic math and bookkeeping skills needed for rent collection and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail.
• Available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Understand landlord/tenant laws and safety regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• The Property Manager will handle day-to-day property management including marketing and maintaining property integrity.
• Screen prospective residents and collect rents; serve notices and prepare agreements.
• Develop reports and manage on-site operations; ensure compliance with laws and safety protocols.
