Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join Crawford Crossing in Oregon. The role supports daily property operations and delivers exceptional resident service while assisting the Community Manager with leasing, financials, and reporting.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of property management experience, and Fair Housing certification. Proficiency with ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, and SharePoint is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• Fair Housing certification required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and compliance expected.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with administration, maintenance, and general operations of Neighborly Communities properties.
• Maintain understanding of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Assist in compiling reports such as performance, asset management, budget, and delinquency reports.
• Support on-site staff with leasing, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Schedule and participate in monthly 3A+ SAM meetings with supervisor and HR.
• Maintain on-site attendance and follow attendance policy.
• Operate and optimize use of property management platforms (ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, SharePoint).
