Job summary

Investment Property Group in Fairview, Oregon manages Woodcreek Apartments, a 70-unit conventional multifamily community. This on-site role oversees applications, move-ins, lease terms, marketing to minimize vacancies, and budget monitoring while ensuring Fair Housing compliance. You’ll lead a lean on-site team, conduct interviews, onboard staff, and resolve resident concerns.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. Pay: $26–$30 per hour with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing a conventional multifamily community.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, Landlord-Tenant law, and OSHA compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, vendors, and regulators.
• Familiarity with property management software; basic accounting knowledge; Yardi preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activity for Woodcreek Apartments including applications and move-ins.
• Manage marketing plan to minimize vacancies and reflect lease terms.
• Handle budget administration and variance analysis.
• Lead on-site team; interview, onboard, manage performance.
• Ensure compliance and respond to resident concerns; schedule Tue-Sat 9-6.
