Job summary

Sunrise Management seeks a Resident Manager for Lanai Village in Spring Valley, CA. The role oversees leasing, resident relations, and financial/maintenance oversight on-site, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with state housing laws.

You will supervise operations, coordinate work orders, and manage records, while promoting a welcoming community and high service standards for residents. A live-on-site requirement applies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
