Qualifications

• A college degree or related coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Oversee leasing, move-in/out inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Manage rent collection, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
