Job summary

Pantzer is seeking a Property Manager for The Point at Abington in Abington, MA. The role leads the onsite team across leasing, maintenance, and operations to drive occupancy and renter satisfaction at a Class A property with 180 units.

You’ll oversee financial performance, vendor relations, and resident outreach while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Requires strong leadership and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong people skills with focus on resident satisfaction and service quality.
• Thoughtful leadership to foster a productive onsite team environment.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in property management.
• Knowledge of multi-family financial processes including budgeting and financial statements.
• Experience with industry-related software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead onsite team.
• Guide leasing, marketing, and operations to hit occupancy and retention goals.
• Provide support and direction to maintenance staff.
• Oversee property finances including collections, accounting, invoices, and expenses.
• Cultivate strong resident relationships through communication and events.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure quality service for residents.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and promotions.
