The Point at Kingston is a Class A property with 282 units, built in 2022, featuring dedicated onsite management and maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales or leasing experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work weekends as part of the schedule.
• Background and drug screening prior to start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Conduct onsite community tours and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and related paperwork.
• Support marketing efforts including social media, open houses, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, pricing, vacancies, and community offerings.
• Coordinate and collect deposits, rent, and other funds as needed.
• Collaborate with onsite management and maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service.
