Pantzer Property Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for The Point at McLean. This role oversees a maintenance team at a Class A community in McLean, VA, ensuring quality service, safety, and efficient operations.

You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with the Property Manager, train new hires, and respond to resident requests promptly. On-call expectations, weekend/holiday coverage, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-family property maintenance.
• HVAC experience and certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient reading/writing English and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing onsite maintenance team.
• Collaborating with Property Manager and onsite management team.
• Providing leadership to foster a productive environment and achieve maintenance goals.
• Training new maintenance staff.
• Responding to service requests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring adherence to codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Managing equipment inventory and order of supplies.
• Handling apartment turnover for efficient moves.
• Coordinating vendor/partner relationships and budgeting objectives.
• Maintaining 24/7 emergency coverage staffing.
