Pantzer Property Management invites applications for a Maintenance Technician at The Point at Woburn, 120 Commerce Way, Woburn, MA. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call rotations and a salary of $28–$32/hr.

Responsibilities include maintaining all property areas, coordinating with the on-site team, handling plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, and ensuring safety compliance and timely response to service requests.

Qualifications

• Must live within 30 minutes of the property if on-call is required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a residential property.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle varying weights.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance throughout all areas of the property.
• Work with Property Manager and on-site team to deliver quality service to residents.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety codes and protocols.
• Complete apartment turnover for efficient move-ins.
• Perform plumbing, appliance, electrical, HVAC repairs as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete work.
• Establish relationships with vendors and partners.
• Maintain on-call schedule to meet property needs.
• Participate in training seminars.
