AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Property Management Accountant for a Lafayette, CA, on-site position supporting multiple commercial properties. This hands-on, full-cycle role is ideal for an accounting professional with bookkeeper experience in a small, collaborative office, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

The candidate will handle AP/AR, rent postings, CAM charges, vendor coding, and ledger reconciliation, using Excel and Sage 300.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience required.
• Property management accounting experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Support accounting functions for approximately 17 commercial properties with multiple tenants.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collection, rent posting, and tenant-related accounting transactions.
• Code vendor invoices for property expenses such as maintenance, utilities, landscaping, and other operating costs.
• Review, track, and reconcile expenses, bank accounts, general ledger activity, CAM charges, and utilities.
• Generate invoices and maintain accurate accounting records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Use Excel and Sage 300 to support full-cycle accounting, reporting, and daily transaction processing.
